Over the last 2 years Richard has undertaken 2 large contracts for the Trust. The first project was a rare wet woodland where Natural England wanted Poplars removed. This important site was cleared of many unwanted tree species and in difficult circumstances. The surrounding fields were left without any damage especially as much of the timber was recovered across the wet land. The last contract entailed riverside trees. Sections of these were being cleared to allow light to enter the river. Another brilliant job leaving the site in pristine condition. Richard's 2 man team have just removed a very large willow tree from our garden, including grinding down the trunk. We moved into our house in Kirk Ella late Dec 2015 and prior to purchasing realised that extensive tree works were required. Richard provided a competitive quotation after surveying the property making informed suggestions on what needed to be undertaken. Three months later post planning approval which Richard acquired, he and Scott carried out the works with care, consideration to the planning approval and meticulous attention to both the tree's future growth and the needs to both neighbours and ourselves. After moving into a new house we installed a log burner. After spending a few weeks researching the internet for local log suppliers Tree Worx appeared the best. Ordered a loose load which was delivered on time. Logs are better than expected, all hardwood, seasoned and ready to burn. The company are friendly, professional and reliable; will definitely be ordering again and would certainly recommend to anyone looking for an excellent log supplier. The only suggestion to improve the service would be to have more round logs, but that is a preference not a criticism. - Matthew, Helen and Charlie Sunman

Tree Worx came through a recommendation. From first meeting where we looked at the work required Rich's passion and knowledge of his subject came through. He gave me confidence as we discussed the details and how he job would be done and that's what happened when the work started. These were tall trees 100 foot plus in some cases that had no work done for years some with disease. The work started in April 2015 was conducted in safe and efficient manner. Rich updated me as to progress and what was found, our great old Lyme was unfortunately damaged at some stage in the past and was becoming unsafe, the new work to remove was included with no fuss. The Oak tree was reduced and still has a lovely shape. At the end of the work, the garden was tidied and cleaned Thank you. Have plenty of Lyme and Oak logs for my burner, all neatly stacked and the loose load of logs you provided were dry and ready to burn and the really big stuff was removed from my garden. Richard was recommended by a friend and I would recommend him and his team to anyone. They arrived on time, worked in a completely professional manner, cleared up after themselves and left me with some logs to dry out and season ready for the log burner - delighted.
